Cal Grant GPA Opt out

Use this form to indicate that your student's GPA should not be reported to state officials for the purposes of Cal Grant eligibility.  San Juan Unified is required by state law to submit the GPA of all high school seniors by Oct. 1 of each year unless the student over age 18 or parent/guardian for those under 18 opt-out.
